A major energy utility was changing the way it does business. Faced with increasing competition from smaller producers, and deregulation of the marketplace, there is an urgent need to transform current business practices and operations. Working with an internal advisory team, CYGNUS consultants helped identify the core and leadership competencies required of managers to be successful in the changed environment. This has led to the development of effective and focused training to support the transition process.

A nation-wide dealership of a leading global automotive manufacturer wanted to strengthen leadership behaviour, across the company, to ensure improved performance. CYGNUS consultants worked with management to identify, validate and apply the requisite leadership competencies to realize greater levels of success.

CYGNUS consultants worked with staff to identify technical competencies for a variety of leadership roles across the public service including those in financial management, human resources and procurement.
